Laura Reeves is Senior Director - Corporate Giving and Assistant Secretary of Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. She also serves as Vice-Chairman of Anheuser-Busch’s Corporate Contributions Committee. In her roles as Senior Director and Vice-Chairman, Laura directs Anheuser-Busch’s charitable contributions program, including the administration of the Anheuser-Busch Foundation. During the past decade, Anheuser-Busch and its charitable foundation have contributed in excess of $370 million dollars to several thousand charitable organizations throughout the country. As Assistant Secretary of Anheuser-Busch, Laura is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s rules and regulations as well as applicable corporate laws and is the corporate secretary of all of all Anheuser-Busch subsidiaries.
Laura began her career with Anheuser-Busch in 1989. Prior to that, she practiced law with a firm in St. Louis, Missouri. She holds an accounting degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia and a law degree from St. Louis University.
Laura is active in community and professional organizations. She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Missouri Botanical Garden, the Development Board of St. Louis Children’s Hospital, and the Board of Villa Duchesne/Oak Hill School. She has also served on the Boards of The Magic House, The Girl Scout Council of Greater St. Louis, Teach for America, St. Louis Community College Foundation, National Children’s Cancer Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro St. Louis, St. Louis Society (for the disabled physically), Alzheimer’s Association, St. Patrick Center and Ranken Jordan. She is a member of several bar associations and the Contributions Council of the Conference Board.
