For more than 30 years, we have worked to protect at-risk animals and habitats in the U.S. and around the world. In 2003, the SeaWorld & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund was established to expand this commitment in a big way. Since its inception, the Fund has granted $5 million to more than 400 projects in the U.S. and around the world – all to help secure long-term protection of wildlife and wild places.

In recent years, I have visited many of the projects that the Fund supports. Every time I return home, I am inspired to do more and connect more with others who share this same passion. Thus, I’m honored and excited to extend a special invitation to you:

In 2008, we are offering two exclusive trips to Africa. Journey with a SeaWorld & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund Ambassador to experience first-hand the work that the Fund supports, and meet the researchers, local community members and animals who are benefiting. Our two trips are uniquely different experiences:

• "Eco-Training Adventure" click here - This in-depth, hands-on experience is a terrific opportunity for all ages to learn the basics of ranger training. You’ll definitely “walk on the wild side,” accompanying trained rangers and trackers responsible for protecting local habitats and wildlife. Accommodations are basic tents with cots and meals are wholesome buffets. Expect close-up encounters and a field trip like none other!
• "Kenya Safari" click here - Experience a traditional safari through east Africa. Accompanied by experienced local guides, you’ll visit the great reserves, stay in upscale lodges and permanent tented accommodations, and enjoy fine dining.
